Story

Becky Warner I don’t believe in "normal" when you feel anything but. With a background in Advanced Nutrient Metabolism and Immunity (Level 5), my approach at M.E. & You Living is rooted in clinical data and biochemical individuality. My training isn't just in general nutrition; I specialise in Nutrient Metabolism. This means I don't just look at whether you're taking vitamins—I look at the lab markers that tell us if your cells are actually using them. This is the difference between a generic supplement and a functional protocol. As a member of the Royal Society for Public Health (RSPH), I am committed to the highest standards of evidence-based practice, spending dozens of hours each month reviewing the latest clinical research to ensure your health blueprint is as accurate as it is effective.

M.E. & You Living was created by Becky Warner to support people whose illness doesn't always show clearly on paper — but profoundly shapes their daily lives.
My work is grounded in:

A deep respect for the complexity of chronic fatigue conditions, particularly ME/CFS, Long COVID, Histamine Intolerance and MCAS.
Above all, I believe people deserve to be listened to, believed, and supported with care, especially when standard systems have not provided answers.
This work is grounded in lived experience, professional training, and years of careful practice.
When my son Elliot became severely ill with ME/CFS as a teenager, we were told there was no treatment —
only energy management and antidepressants.
Despite a profound decline, his tests were repeatedly described as "normal”, and support stopped there.
We were told by multiple ME/CFS specialists, "he will get better when he wants to!"
However, one important blood test always showed up as "low," which all the doctors and specialists dismissed as irrelevant.
That one test held the key to Elliot's recovery.

During the years I spent caring for him, I immersed myself in understanding nutrition, immunity, metabolism, and biochemistry.
As Elliot recovered and rebuilt his life, I trained to Level 5 in Nutrition, Immunity & Metabolism, and became registered with the Royal Society for Public Health.
Today, as a Functional Health Practitioner, I look at "function" (how the body works) rather than just "disease" (what's broken), and support others living with fatigue and ME/CFS by using precise data to build a recovery blueprint.
My training enables me to identify markers often overlooked in conventional settings and to provide a nutrition-focused approach that respects complexity, fragility, and the realities of long-term illness.
