M.E. & You Living provides:

Nutritional coaching and personalised guidance
Support in analysing nutritional and blood test results
recommendations for improving energy and overall health

3. Bookings and Payments

Consultations must be booked in advance via our website or by contacting us directly.
Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
We accept payment via Stripe.
All prices are listed in GBP and may be subject to change with prior notice.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

You may cancel or reschedule a session with at least 24 hours notice.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may not be refunded.
If you arrive late, the session may be shortened to respect other clients' bookings.

5. Client Responsibility

You agree to provide accurate and complete information regarding your health and lifestyle.
You understand that any suggestions made are not medical prescriptions but support tools for well-being.
You accept responsibility for any decisions made based on the advice provided.

6. Confidentiality

All personal information shared during sessions will be kept confidential and handled according to our Privacy Policy. We comply with UK and EU data protection laws (GDPR).

All content, resources and materials provided by M.E & You Living are for personal use only. You may not reproduce, share, or sell them without written permission.
