Service Description
The 3 Month Support Comprehensive Health and Nutrition Assessment is a package that includes: - your initial 1:1 consultation. - Review and interpretation of your 3rd party lab tests (e.g. blood/OAT/HMTA) - A personalised nutritional plan, including food recommendations and lifestyle advice. - 5 Follow-up calls, every two weeks. - Email support for 3 months This 3-month program will help you prioritise your health. Invest in your health by taking control of your health journey and becoming an expert in your own body and wellbeing. We will formulate and commit to goals, and we will be held accountable. We'll discover what works and make changes to what doesn't. During our initial consultation, we will delve into your medical history, dietary habits, and lifestyle choices to pinpoint the underlying cause of your primary health concern. We require you to complete a New Client Medical Questionnaire before our call. I will spend considerable time studying the questionnaire and preparing for your appointment. Please take the time to answer all the questions as fully as possible and return it at least three days before your appointment. Available as an online form. If you have had any third-party tests in the past few years, please attach or email them to me at least three days before our call. Based on your test results, questionnaire and our conversation, we will develop an individualised action plan of small and achievable steps to kickstart your healing process. We will email our findings and recommendations to you within 7 days and schedule a follow-up call to discuss our suggestions and address any questions you may have. We may also recommend obtaining further testing, which we can order for you. If nutritional deficiencies are evident from your tests, we can guide you on suitable supplements. However, I don't sell supplements and am not qualified to prescribe these to you. Please note this is not medical advice and you should consult your doctor if you have specific health concerns.
Cancellation Policy
Upon purchase of the course, this agreement is being made between ME & You Living and the participant. We both legally agree to all the following Terms and Conditions: Client Responsibility It is the client's responsibility to book calls with the email link, missed calls will not be carried forward. If you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Please note that testing, supplements and referrals are not included and will be billed separately unless specified. I am a coach and any advice given during calls does not constitute formal medical advice. Please consult your own GP for any checkups and health issues you are concerned about. Payments and withdrawals policy The participant understands there is a one-time payment at the time of registration, payable before the commencement of the course Limited professional use of the materials We are committed to providing educational material to all participants that can be repurposed within a specific limited scope. You the participant have permission to use Me & You Living materials for your own educational purposes, to support your own personal wellness. However, you do not have any right to educate others or reuse or repurpose any photos or graphics used. Me & You Living reserves the right to seek legal and financial compensation and damages for each material used by the participant that violates this restriction. Confidentiality We are committed to keeping all client case information entirely confidential.
