This is where we turn insight into action. If you have already had "A Second Opinion: 'Normal' Lab Audit", we take the findings from your audit (and any new functional testing results) and build your Personalised Health Blueprint from that first consultation. If you book this service within 7 days of your "audit", we will deduct £75 from the total cost. If this is your first consultation, we will conduct a 1-hour deep-dive audit of your existing bloodwork. Using my training in Advanced Nutrient Metabolism, I look for the sub-clinical trends that standard GP software overlooks. I will verbally walk you through the patterns I see and explain why you feel the way you do. Includes: • Full review of any new blood and functional test results (Full Health Screen blood tests & Hair Mineral Test Analysis (HMTA). Note: If you would like me to look at the Organic Acid Tests (OAT) analysis, an additional fee will be charged at checkout. • Interpretation using optimal ranges, not just broad lab reference values • Consideration of immune and metabolic context • The Written Blueprint: A detailed, step-by-step written plan covering nutrient timing, lifestyle adjustments, and metabolic support, prioritised gently. • 60-minute call to clarify and discuss the blueprint and make any adjustments to fit in with your preferences.
