Over three months, we move beyond the symptoms and use advanced nutrient metabolism to rebuild your health from the cellular level up. The 90-Day Journey, designed to provide a holistic approach tailored to your needs. Month 1: The Deep Dive & Data Collection We begin by stripping away the guesswork. I conduct an exhaustive audit of your blood chemistry and functional markers to identify where your metabolism is stalling. The Blueprint: You receive your initial written protocol, tailored to your unique biochemical "bottlenecks." Month 2: The Optimisation Phase As your body begins to respond, we refine. Using my specialised training in Advanced Nutrient Metabolism, we look at how your cells are utilising nutrients. Active Support: Bi-weekly coaching calls ensure we adjust your protocol in real time as your energy levels shift. Month 3: The Integration & Resilience Phase We lock in your progress. We ensure your immune system is robust and that your metabolic markers are moving into the Optimal Range. The Roadmap: You receive a long-term "Maintenance Blueprint" to ensure your results last well beyond our 90 days. What’s Included: - Comprehensive Initial Audit: A deep-dive review of all historical and current lab data. - 1 food diary review - 3 Months of Clinical Strategy: An evolving, written protocol that changes as you change. - 6 x Private Consultations: One deep-dive strategy session plus five bi-weekly optimisation calls. Direct Practitioner Access: email support for questions between sessions, so you are never left wondering "what's next" (non-urgent). Program Total: £999.00 £75 discount if booked within 7 days of the Second Opinion: Lab Audit = £924.00 (Payment plans available. Lab testing fees are billed separately based on your specific needs.) This program is high-touch and high-results. Because of the clinical depth involved, I only take on 3 new Reset clients per month. (Note: A Lab Audit is required before enrollment to ensure we are a clinical match.)
Cancellation Policy
1. Payment & Refund Policy Because these packages include significant upfront clinical work (reviewing historical data, building the initial blueprint, and administrative setup), all programs require a non-refundable deposit (or full payment) before the first strategy session. Once the Written Blueprint has been delivered, no refunds are issued for the remainder of the program. Payment Plans: If a client is on a monthly instalment plan, they are committed to the full duration of the contract. Stopping payments mid-program is not permitted, as the service is a holistic package rather than a collection of individual sessions. 2. Scheduling & Cancellation 24-Hour Notice: Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in that session being forfeited from the package. No-Show Policy: If a client misses a call without notice, the session is not "rolled over." Program Expiry: 3-Month Plan sessions must be used within 4 months of the start date. 6-Month Plan sessions must be used within 7 months of the start date. I aim to respond to all email messages within 24–48 business hours (Monday–Friday) Messaging is for quick clarifications on the existing protocol (e.g., "Which brand of B12?") or reporting a new symptom. It is not for a full redesign of the plan; that happens during the 1:1 calls. Emergencies: If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please contact your GP or A&E immediately. I provide nutritional and metabolic education, not emergency medical intervention. The program fee covers my clinical expertise, interpretation, and support. The cost of lab tests and recommended supplements is not included in the package price and is paid directly to the lab or dispensary. Success in this program depends on the consistent implementation of the agreed-upon lifestyle and nutrient changes. While I provide the map, you are responsible for the journey. Failure to follow the protocol may limit the clinical outcomes we can achieve
